Dental Examinations
myFACE dental health examination is a 14-point health check identifying how healthy your mouth is, and what is required to either improve its health or to maintain its health.
A medical and dental questionnaire will be completed prior to your dental health check to enable us to learn more about you. If required radiographs, photographs and impressions (to make study models of you mouth) may be taken at this visit, in order to construct a treatment plan.
At myFACE we are devoted to patient education, so that you have the knowledge to share in the decisions on how best to maintain your dental health.
A written treatment plan will be given to you to take home, and a signed copy will be kept at myFACE.
