Following the most recent guidance, it is not a requirement of anyone visiting the practice to wear a face mask.

- Please continue to complete your Health Screening questionnaire ahead of your appointment using the practice portal. If you answer yes to any of the questions, please call us on 01242 570404.

- If you are displaying symptoms of COVID19, please contact us ahead of your appointment so that we may reschedule.

 

We have worked very hard to keep our staff and patients safe, and we would like to continue to do so.
